This was the most unprofessional operation I’ve ever had done. They treat it like an insurance billing factory, not like anyone is a human. Everything from the way they treat people, the process, not having bags for personal items, not providing a blanket or other simple things until asking, changing the doctor day of without notice (the paperwork just had his name written in, and I just now went to the website and he’s not even listed there - I’m actually pretty freaked out about that), rushing me out after without any wate... read more
Whether in person or telehealth, I have had great & positive experiences. The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. As for Dr Leung, well, doctors like him should be available EVERY DAY! He takes the time to explain things and ALWAYS has a plan. His plan is executed in timely fashion which is comforting and reassuring. Dr. Leung, please open an office a bit north from Boston. Doctors like you are scarce and much needed! Thank you for your time, knowledge and professionalism!
