TLDR: Waited hours for an appt, office is fall apart, they never answer phones. Will not return. My appt was set for 11:35. I arrived at least 15 mins early to complete paperwork. Front office and the medical assistant who took my information were kind. However, I had to wait 2 hours to be seen. I did not go back into the dr's exam room until 1:45pm. Nurses checked in and asked if we needed water. However, that is far too long. Appts should have been rescheduled once they found they were behind schedule. I will not be return... read more
