It’s facilities like this making the medical system a nightmare. I wish they shutdown so I have one less bad facility to filter from. First of all, the wait time. My appointment is at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:15 as instructed but they asked me to wait and didn’t give me forms to sign until 9:35. Then I waited until 10 to get admitted. I was waiting in a freezing exam room half naked for another 15 minutes until I finally saw the doctor at 10:20. She spent 7 minutes with me. I have been going to Dr. Leung for about 4 years and she is awesome. Very helpful and awesome. My primary doctor even goes there too!
I was in the hospital and Dr. Leung was assigned to me. She was very curt and rude. Couldn’t change doctors. After my surgery tried to make an appointment and their mailbox is full.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Leung for 19 years! Up until this day I have no complaints about her services. Yes she’s straight out at times but she is just saying the truth. She is also open to any questions you may have. Sweet doctor once you get to know her.
Unprofessional, no compassion. Awful.
