Called the clinic today and waited 20 mins for the conversation. I told the gentlemen that my wife has been sick for a few days and would love to meet with her doctor. The answer from him was that the earliest appointment would be April 11. He cannot arrange anything as the appointment is all full. I am not sure but it gives me a feeling that I can only meet my family doctor when I can wait for more than a week. Cannot make appointments, you’re on hold for at least 20 mins only to have someone pick up, not speak, put the phone down and then you get to just listen to the office run, papers getting stapled in your ear, etc… nothing but rudeness and incompetence from this office, which is such a shame because Dr. Kao himself is wonderful

Is there an issue with their phone lines? Cannot get through since last week to speak about cancelling an appointment.

Rude receptionists, absolutely zero empathy or sympathetic behavior. The doctors are good here. Unfortunately, their standards for hiring admins are low.
