Barber cut & burned my neck! Came here because of the great ratings, my barber was bragging about 50 years of experience so I had high expectations. When the barber started to cut the back of my head I felt a burn and a cut sensation. I asked her to check the razor. She started telling my its my sensitive skin... I've had tons of haircuts in my life, this was not a me issue. My neck was read and inflamed all day, today theirs a scab-line along the back of my neck and tops of my ears.
