We found out we had major water issues in our basement shortly after we purchased our home earlier this year, Lety Construction was recommended to us. I called and Wes came out, I was very stressed but he reassured me they could fix it up. It was a major undertaking (to me anyway) they trenched/excavated around our entire home and waterproofed our foundation. They added weeping tile, window wells, and connected the sump pump. Had Wes come to identify water seepage in basement..showed up on time and diagnosed plumbing issue behind wall, NOT a foundation crack, he recommended next steps including insurance claim...very professional and would highly recommend this company for any foundation problems you have. All this at NO CHARGE!

This was the easiest, best part of our horrible basement flood. Wes came out, looked over our yard/window wells and his confidence and chill demeanor totally calmed me down. They were prompt in their reasonable quote with excellent communication. Day of Vadim and Carl were incredible professionals and super efficient. Not to mention that when they left you wouldn’t have ever known they were here! Everything was put back together beautifully. I would highly recommend these folks!!

I worked with LETY to complete an underpinning project for my property a few months ago. I can honestly say that for a fairly frustrating situation, I am very glad to have worked with ever person from this company. From the office to the crew, I was incredibly impressed with their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism. The fact that they are a family run business comes across in the best way; they care about their work and their clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for foundation help.
