When I first came to the salon, Letty was very kind to me but once I started to speak out about how rough she was being to my hair, she began to argue about how I’ve been starting problems ever since I went in the salon. Once she finished my hair it was nothing like it was in the reference picture I showed her and when I told Letty that, she threatened to call the police thinking that I wasn’t going to pay her, she ended up charging me $275!!
