I ordered flowers from their website to have delivered for my coworker's father's funeral. We ordered a plant and a flower arrangement. The plant was fine, but the arrangement was embarrassing. Not only did the arrangement look nothing like the photo, but the flowers themselves were wilting at the time of delivery.
