Eric was extremely professional and courteous. Great communication. He was timely for pick up and helpful with answering our questions about the area. His SUV was immaculate and comfortable. He was a pleasure to meet.
We booked Lett’s Limo service for our wedding to get the wedding party from the staging area in downtown Wilmington to the venue uptown. Eric was incredibly helpful with all communication both informative and prompt with responses to our questions. Our driver Steve was excellent a true professional and even cracked a few jokes to lighten the stress I, the groom, was experiencing pre wedding. The limo was well taken care of and picturesque Steve even paused so that the photographer could snag a few shots before we left. 10/10... read more

Great service. My kid asked for a formal style evening with dinner for her birthday. Steve from Letts made this night extra special for her. He had the limo decorated, framed a happy birthday message for her and even rolled out the red carpet (literally). Leading up to the date Steve kept up communications with us. He even got the kids sparkling juice to drink out of champagne glasses. The kids lived it up like royalty. Steve and Letts Limo gave my daughter a birthday she will remember!
We are always happy to have Eric and his team assist us with the rides we cannot cover!
