Our driver Eric, was the best. Beautiful car in Immaculate condition. Highly recommend!
The service was great however when we got the bill I felt it was completely unfair that the tip was automatically included . I agree that the driver deserves a tip but that should be up to the customer and for that reason we will not book with them again.
Eric was extremely professional and courteous. Great communication. He was timely for pick up and helpful with answering our questions about the area. His SUV was immaculate and comfortable. He was a pleasure to meet.
We booked Lett’s Limo service for our wedding to get the wedding party from the staging area in downtown Wilmington to the venue uptown. Eric was incredibly helpful with all communication both informative and prompt with responses to our questions. Our driver Steve was excellent a true professional and even cracked a few jokes to lighten the stress I, the groom, was experiencing pre wedding. The limo was well taken care of and picturesque Steve even paused so that the photographer could snag a few shots before we left. 10/10... read more
