Have been a regular customer. I have always been happy with the work and have always said so. However, I am unhappy with the administration side of things. On my most recent request for work to be completed in January 2025, I had to phone more than once to get someone out – I think I had been forgotten. Just this week I received a statement saying that I owed money on 2 invoices and they were overdue by 310 days and 311 days! One had been paid already.
