Unreliable, can't follow instructions and rude customer service from I'm assuming one of the owners. I spoke to someone on their online chat to see how soon an order can be completed (small order needed urgently) I was advised it could be ready Friday and I would be notified when it was ready for pickup, noone contacted me. I called Saturday and was advised it was ready and that if I was told Friday I should have come Friday, they dont have time to contact all their clients to let them know their orders are ready.
