Letter Memorial is an exceptional organization. Todd Byrns the owner realizes more than anyone what the grieving family members are going through and does everything possible to accommodate them. Over the years he has always treated us with kindness and understanding. We are grateful for always receiving excellent service at Letter Memorial.
Todd is fantastic! He has been the most informative person we've found throughout the entire funeral/burial process; there were several things that other did not inform us of that Todd mentioned right off the bat, he helped us along the way to coordinate and correct mistakes made by some of the other organizations involved. Absolutely a pleasure to work with, Todd and Letter Memorial have earned customers for life!
