Never open when it says it is
Wonderful indoor playground for little ones! I absolutely love this playground for my boys ages 2&4. Mainly because most playgrounds are overwhelming huge and it's hard to keep track of the kiddos. This place has loads of space to run around and explore but it gives you the sense of comfort knowing the kids can't go too far. They have a ball pit, slides and swings. They have separate rooms for the kids to explore and many toys to play with. My kids love this place I am a regular and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
My niece had her birthday party planned here and they never showed up! We waited 45 minutes then had to make an emergency back-up plan! Not recommended!
Yesterday I was supposed to have my child’s birthday party here from 3-5 pm. I was told I could arrive a half hour before start to set up. When I arrived, there was no one in the building, and the door was locked. I waited the full half hour and still no one arrived. I then had 50 people showing up to a parking lot with no venue to access. I was forced to completely change the location of my child’s birthday at the moment it was to begin. Been here a handful of times but it would be great if they updated their website when they are closing early, I wasted time and gas today to drive there only to find they close at 4 with a sign on the door. Nothing posted on their website about them closing at 4pm. I left with two children crying who wanted to play, and out of pocket of half an hour drive. Google says they close at 6, their website says they close at 5 and their door sign was written on paper says 4.
