Just stayed at this location and it is such a gem. The location is perfect and central to a lot of the shops, restaurants etc. Finn was very sweet and helpful. We stayed in a suite and it was the perfect size for all 3 of us, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable! The attention to detail is amazing. Every morning there is coffee and scones/yogurt and fresh orange juice. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!
I selected this hotel based on the wonderful reviews and it did not disappoint! The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to everything in the town including the Queen Mine Tour. They have parking directly behind the hotel, which was a plus. The staff made the check-in process very easy and they offered great recommendations for breakfast and dinner. This has the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY. First the good… beautiful inside lovely rooms, great location. Then the bad… when someone says continental brft, I assume croissants, cut fruit, pastries. Instead there was a few tiny 1/4” thick, palm sized pumpkin, lemon or blueberry bread, not all 3 and whole apples & oranges. Then there is the ugly… we paid 600 for 2 nights in a beautiful 1 bdrm suite and the bed was SO bowed we were in serious pain the next morning.
