Horrible and rude! I am trying to book a trip to Europe with my family and had a couple of questions about train travel and she told me to just all EuroRail and basically hung up. Seriously? Do these people not want business in this day of do-it yourself google travel information? I am a local Santa Monica resident, always looking for ways to support local businesses. But obviously this one does not want mine.
