Let me start off by saying I want to cry, I'm overwhelmed with Joy with the fact that someone like Ms. Jackson listened to me. She HEARD ... ME! She evaluated me based upon what I discussed with her and I felt zero judgement. I felt like a person and not just another dollar bill in someone pocket. God I wish everyone was like Ms. Jackson. This office sucks I reached out to her to help my daughter who was suicidal Latoya was her psychiatrist and when I asked her can she talk to my daughter she told me she couldn’t help me and to reach out to my insurance company I was very confused because this was an emergency and to have no concern and say best of luck I cannot respect this office and I definitely will not recommend going here and btw my daughter indeed did hurt herself it sucks to know the ones who supposed to help don’t help at all
