Latoya Jackson did not show up for appointment after waiting over 30 minutes. No one answers phone calls. Terrible office.
Horrible office! Impossible to get through to them and she has no care whatsoever, leaving them messages and it’s radio silent. She won’t even respond to important messages about prescription through the portal. I scheduled 2 appointments and didn’t see the link, I called the office and they didn’t pick up the phone. I messaged through the portal about it, and I didn’t even get a response. This is the second time I’ve had this issue with this office. No one picks up the phone and they also don’t call back.
Let me start off by saying I want to cry, I'm overwhelmed with Joy with the fact that someone like Ms. Jackson listened to me. She HEARD ... ME! She evaluated me based upon what I discussed with her and I felt zero judgement. I felt like a person and not just another dollar bill in someone pocket. God I wish everyone was like Ms. Jackson.
