I have been taking the pregnancy yoga classes each Sunday for over another now and took the Natural Labour & Birth with my partner yesterday. Carly’s yoga classes are great to unwind while preparing for labour and I’m enjoying relieving some pregnancy aches and pains each week with her guidance. Great class
I’d recommend the C Section workshop to anyone considering an elective C-section. The process of discussing this choice with midwives and consultants can feel stressful and overly focused on the risks and downsides, which left us feeling quite anxious in the lead-up to birth. The workshop grounded us again and reminded us why we were considering this option in the first place. It was a relief to finally hear a balanced, positive perspective after lots of negativity. Also well presented and delivered!
I took these classes before my first child, and now I’m pregnant again and getting advertisements for the honest midwife. They were previously recommended by my midwife, and the first one was alright (more informational than any of the others, and the only worthwhile one in my opinion, so take the free class if you must and save your money on the others!).
