The office is set up weird. We walked into a waiting area with four closed doors. There was not one person to greet or acknowledge our presence. We sat in the office for 45 minutes waiting for our appointment to start. No one ever approached us. All of the doors were closed, one said do not disturb, the others had the lights off and appeared empty. We weren't comfortable knocking because of the setting.
