I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I strongly do not recommend bringing your child here. In my experience, this facility seems more focused on attendance and payment than on providing meaningful care for the children. I have a physical disability, which has made it difficult at times to manage transitions with my autistic son—especially at the end of sessions, which can be very challenging for him. This place needs a manager that has more training and more compassion to treat people and to guide families. One of the managers Lithia was very rude with us after I ask a question. It seems like she didn’t want to be there. Other this the therapist always took 10 minutes or our time the therapy supposedly was for 30 minutes and at the end it was only 20 o 19 minutes of therapy. Came here for a ssi appointment. They were great. One gentleman really stood out to me tho while I was waiting for my son to finish his appointment , his patient came running out and wondering and seeing him interact with his “little friend” was so sweet. Can really tell he loves what he does
