May 2026 Overpriced and the person inside salesperson or repair person wanted $60 and somehow knew what I was missing without me saying what was needing to be repaired. The person tried to sell me a tire when the only thing needed was a way to get away from that area / store / it is a big problematic group of people surrounding let it ride and the person / people inside also. CONSTANTLY HARASSING. Very unpleasant.
Poor customer service. I came in seriously looking to buy a bike, but the staff showed almost no interest in helping. They were sitting around eating, and when I asked questions about different bikes and styles, the response felt dismissive and unhelpful. I asked if a mountain bike could be taken down so I could inspect it, and they told me no. If a bike is for sale, a customer should be able to look at it properly before buying it. You are lacking a customer service. Work on that.
I just bought my hybrid bike for commuting from here. Michael was so great and so knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and assured me that the bike I chose would fit my needs. He adjusted my seat and handlebars for me and allowed me to test ride to make sure I was 100% comfortable before I left. I absolutely love my bike and will be bringing it here for regular service going forward. 10/10 experience!
