Hopefully help give smile back
Very dissatisfied, had machine in the shop several times still having same issue, very little effort or care in getting problem resolved. Advised by the manufacturer to take it to another dealer for repairs.
I was hours late for my service appointment and the team still got my SxS in and got it serviced before my next day trip.
Picked up a piece of an antler that ruined my rear tire while going through the connector route between UT and ID BDR. Limped into Let's Ride and they absolutely saved my trip. New tire mounted within an hour and I was back on the road to complete the week's riding.
The parts department staff were very courteous and helpful . Service went above and beyond to save me $$ and solve my problems .
