Ruined my nail while taking off shellac. Insulted me for not paying even though i never denied for paying just waiting to confirm why need to pay extra because there was lot of mis-communication. Dont know how they got 4.2 stars, really bad service. Name of the place is lets relax we buy their packages from groupon and they put you in stress. very bad communication and customer service... i definitely recommend not to visit the location if you are looking for good customer service... lastly i admit i visited the location 10 ... read more

Very Professional , clean Spa/Studio from front desk experience to my Lash Tech who's name was Annie: Amazing Job!👌 I did 3D Volume. Process was Very relaxing... She took her time, listened, and i had zero fumes and/or eye irrtiation afterwards!!! I will be back 💜
Health inspection failure
I’ve got my lashes done here twice, Tina is superb! She’s very meticulous and I always leave looking fabulous. I’ve had my lashes done at different salons, and Let’s Relax is by far the most comfortable and clean with the best results. My lashes last for months, and I actually fell asleep at my most recent appointment. I’ll definitely be returning!
