Family-owned business. I'm always skeptical of upsales from preventative maintenance appointments. The rep was super chill and not pushy, which I really appreciated. We did agree to some basic upgrades for the AC unit, and it totally paid off. The rep was also really funny and even played with our cats, showing us our new adopted cat actually loves laser pointers! We've gone through so many batteries now because she's obsessed with lasers, lol. We'll definitely use them again when our AC finally kicks the bucket and we need ... read more
