I had some pretty massive expectations, since being half-Greek and growing up in Montreal sets the bar pretty high, but Let's Go Ya Souvlakia absolutely smashed it. The tzatziki was beautifully thick and had that perfect, sharp garlic kick, while the lemon potatoes were beautifully seasoned and tender. Even the Horiatiki was incredibly fresh, crisp, and exactly how a real village salad should be.
