I ordered a variometer but changed my mind in the middle of the process, and called to request a different model instead. They tracked one down for me, made the price adjustment and got the new one out to me. The process was a little "touch and go" at times as I had to keep following up, but I appreciated their willingness to work with me and their friendly and helpful attitude. I would shop here again!
I made an order, it never arrived, and the company ignored my emails and calls. What else is there to say? I'm in the middle of filing a Better Business Bureau claim. Avoid at all costs!
First time buyig , place two separate orders , never recieved none of them , UPS is claiming missing informaton from the sender , now they want me to loose 50 % of the order , never buying from this site again ...
Ordered a wing but had to cancel my order a few hours later. They didn't refund me for 2 weeks. They kept part of my payment as well. This is how they treat the flying community... terrible.
