I ordered a Supair helmet for paragliding pilot - Petrol Green White from them 4 years ago. I reached out to them a month after the order to ask why it hadn't arrived, they said they agree that it was concerning that it hadn't arrived yet, but that there was nothing they could do. In the end, I never received it. They only offered me a discount on my next order, they did not offer a refund.
Ordered a harness over two months ago. They shipped the wrong one. They offered a refund if I shipped it back, so I did. Still haven't been refunded months later... I also ordered a speed bar years ago and have yet to receive that. I thought that first issue was just random luck, but seems like they have some systematic issues with delivering products and providing refunds. Edit: got a refund after 2.5 months

Staff at Let’s Go Paragliding responded to my questions in a timely matter. ( only by email) texting would be better in my opinion. My wing was shipped immediately after they received it from the factory and was packed perfectly. If I purchase another wing or Paragliding equipment I would definitely recommend and go with Let’s Go Paragliding. Thank you all. James Bach, Spokane, Washington
