Terrible customer service. Ordered an ozone carabiner and the website stated sold as a pair in the description. Only received one and asked them for a refund or to send me another. They refused to do either. If a store messes up a description and admits it, they should at least make things right with the customer even if it means taking a loss.

I ordered a variometer but changed my mind in the middle of the process, and called to request a different model instead. They tracked one down for me, made the price adjustment and got the new one out to me. The process was a little "touch and go" at times as I had to keep following up, but I appreciated their willingness to work with me and their friendly and helpful attitude. I would shop here again!
I made an order, it never arrived, and the company ignored my emails and calls. What else is there to say? I'm in the middle of filing a Better Business Bureau claim. Avoid at all costs!
