Ordered a harness over two months ago. They shipped the wrong one. They offered a refund if I shipped it back, so I did. Still haven't been refunded months later... I also ordered a speed bar years ago and have yet to receive that. I thought that first issue was just random luck, but seems like they have some systematic issues with actually delivering products and providing refunds.
Thank you again Anam and Benoist for getting me the gear I need in the tinetable I need it! Always top notch service and reliability!
Staff at Let’s Go Paragliding responded to my questions in a timely matter. ( only by email) texting would be better in my opinion. My wing was shipped immediately after they received it from the factory and was packed perfectly. There are many great places to buy paragliding equipment, but this site is not one of them. That is, unless you don't mind being cross-examined by someone you would expect to treat you like you are the customer, and not them. I was questioned about who I was taking lessons from to see if I was qualified for them to sell me anything. 🤣You think they would stand behind the warranty of anything they sell ? I bought a vario with a discount code but they sent the wrong one. It took over 40 days and battling them to replace and refund the proper amount of money, which in the end they didn’t do. While their prices are competitive, their attempts to fix their own mistake were so sub par I cannot recommend them.
