I have had two interactions with these folks. The first time I bought something from them, they created the UPS label but never delivered the package. I followed up and they eventually sent it. I get it, stuff happens. So I place another order, and the same thing has happened and they haven't shipped it yet. They said they looked into it, but UPS still shows they don't have the package. Just received my first paragliding gear from Let’s Go Paragliding and I’m so happy I did! 🪂 The team was amazing at helping me choose the right paraglider, harness, helmet, and reserve parachute. Terrible customer service. Ordered an ozone carabiner and the website stated sold as a pair in the description. Only received one and asked them for a refund or to send me another. They refused to do either. If a store messes up a description and admits it, they should at least make things right with the customer even if it means taking a loss.

I ordered a variometer but changed my mind in the middle of the process, and called to request a different model instead. They tracked one down for me, made the price adjustment and got the new one out to me. The process was a little "touch and go" at times as I had to keep following up, but I appreciated their willingness to work with me and their friendly and helpful attitude. I would shop here again!
