Ordered a wing but had to cancel my order a few hours later. They didn't refund me for 2 weeks. They kept part of my payment as well. This is how they treat the flying community... terrible.
What I ordered never came, after multiple times of trying to get it resolved they just keep putting me off. I asked for a refund and still never heard back from them. It's been a month and a half now. I just want my money back and never deal with let's go paragliding again. Gladly 100% (Update) 3 months later I finally received my refund)
I purchased a Supair Pilot helmet and Radical 4 harness and backpack. The helmet arrived within a week but the harness/backpack were backordered. Customer service at Let's Go Paragliding were wonderful. They offered me a refund if I preferred, but I chose to wait for the product. Although it took much longer than I anticipated, ultimately I was thrilled with the product and happy with the customer service. I ordered a Supair helmet for paragliding pilot - Petrol Green White from them 4 years ago. I reached out to them a month after the order to ask why it hadn't arrived, they said they agree that it was concerning that it hadn't arrived yet, but that there was nothing they could do. In the end, I never received it. They only offered me a discount on my next order, they did not offer a refund.
