My wife and I hired a 2 berth Renault Escape for 5 weeks from Johnno and the team at Let’s Go Geebung, well what can I say. The experience was fantastic and the service was great. Everything provided for a comfortable trip and we were very pleased. Vehicle was very well appointed and easy to drive. Thanks guys!!

My husband and I hired a Jayco Iveco Conquest from Lets Go in Melbourne. We spent over 3 weeks travelling around Victoria and NSW and returned it to the Brisbane office. The service we received was exceptional from the moment we picked it up in Melbourne where we were shown everything about the motorhome. Our attendant was more than happy to go over things if we needed clarification. We were asked if there was anything else we needed and were given extra towels and tea towels. We had a great time. Van was great, clean, spotless. At handover I missed the windscreen chip. Legally my fault. I presented these pictures afterwards, 1st is their own pic. They are ignoring the evidence and have charged me the QUOTED cost of a windscreen replacement. It would be a fill-chip repair. I also told them I found the antenna damaged when I extended it first night, they're charging me for that too. Avoid - good if nothing goes wrong, but they're not honest and do not reason. Absolutely horrible service. We booked a motor home and went to pick it up but it was canceled without notice. No email sent and no phone call. Also no manager on site to help. Disgusting customer service. Our holiday was ruined due to mismanaged staff and bad operating procedures. Do not use this company. Horrible

Wir haben für zwei Wochen ein Wohnmobil gemietet und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Übernahme und Abgabe waren sehr unkompliziert. Das Wohnmobil selbst war gut im Schuss und auch gut ausgestattet. Die Kaution wurde am Ende schnell wieder zurückverwiesen. Wir würden Lets Go Motorhome auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Anbietern war das Angebot auch vernünftig und nicht überteuert. Danke für die gute Erfahrung
