What a beautiful experience- from the studio to the view outside the windows to our lovely instructor. The people there made me feel so welcome. I enjoyed every minute of it!
I planned a birthday weekend with a friend from the Bay Area in Morro Bay and we attended the Sunday 10:30 flow & soundbath and it was perfect the location was amazing - Elizabeth was wonderful We both enjoyed it immensely! If you are looking for a special moment or a place to become a part of the great community this is it !!
Wonderful place! Amazing sound baths that are out of this world. Really helps sleep, meditation, overall mood and more. Yoga is taught with your personal level in mind. From beginner to expert you'll feel comfortable and free to do whatever works for you during the exercises. Your sure to get a great workout and relaxing sound bath afterwards.
