Called because i moved into a new apartment and was buying a washing machine. I'm a girl and live alone so i need it moved. I told them at the beginning of the call i need a washer moved into my apartment and i'm on the third floor. I spent 20 minutes on call answering a bunch of questions just for them to tell me they dont "move just one item".
They lost a box of my grandmother's things and deny it. They put my bed together with the head section upside down. Couldn't even sleep on it for two days til my friend could help me fix it. I left them unsupervised for the last half hour if the move and they made me regret it.
