we were in a pinch and the staff were very helpful at the London location. great service.
Honestly, this company supports customer care to the power of 10. Really. The guys arrived on time. They followed our instructions to the letter. Personable. I will need a moving company again and I will know who to call. Thanks, Let's Get Moving for taking this job during the busiest season. We are sincerely grateful.
Dont waiste your time with them. You send 4 emails they do not bother to read when you spell out in king's plain English what you want them to do. Recommend proper times to call. But no they CAN NOT read or follow simple instructions. Side note after the nonsense that they have done I told them to stop trying to contact me. I left a review so people are aware of the lack of professionalism. I am still being harassed with phone calls and emails.
