WARNING! Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest company. Their movers ruined three pieces of my furniture by taping directly onto the wood and chipping the structural edges. Customer service admitted they violated company training but refused to pay for repairs, offering a joke of $125. When I asked for a management review for $450 on June 30th, they completely ghosted me and stopped responding. Terrible business practices and zero accountability. Do not trust them with your belongings!
Used this company last week for a move and I’m so happy we did. I was so nervous about the move since I’ve never used a moving company, we just had a baby and decided to hire movers to make things a bit easier. The men were fast, efficient and so polite! I would use this company again!
