READ BEFORE HIRING: We have had a terrible overall experience with this moving company and moving in general. Here is the quick summary: -Moved on Monday July 20th, package was 4 movers at $298/hour with two trucks. -960 square foot home is fully boxed up with majority of boxes in our garage and all small furniture in neighbor's garage. Mover's are less than 15 minutes away for original house and new house. New house is less than 1 km away. Move took 12.5 hours, costing us just over $3k. -No one was in uniform. Had to file a police report with "let's get moving". If that's not enough to tell you this company lacks ethics, than I don't know what is.
Left half of the apartment unmoved with plenty of space left in the truck causing us to take a haul and move the rest ourselves (the point of paying someone over 2k for a single day was to not move shit ourselves) and on top of that they stole an electronics bag with about 4k of items in there like a new laptop and new headphones.
Gave us the wrong size truck 2 out of the 4 guys actual did the work, while the other 2 just stood around and argued and laughing and doing nothing Then being told not all of our belonging were going to fit on there truck. How to pay out over $300 more then we did last time with the right truck and the same amount of guy. And this time we had half the truck 4 guys and it cost us $300 more how does that work?????? Buyer beware, especially following the company's recent management change. We used this company twice in 2026 and had completely different experiences. Our first move was excellent, which is why we booked them again. Unfortunately, our second move was a disaster. Despite being significantly smaller and easier, our second move took 8.5 hours versus 5.5 hours for the first. We observed movers sitting idle, lacking proper equipment, and working inefficiently.
