Polite group of three. One in the truck most of the time and two moving items. They did not put down floor runners. If you own Ikea furniture it is not covered for damage and they damaged quite a bit if ours. They also gouged the hardwood at the top of the stairs with a not so heavy smaller upright freezer. I think with the same item they gouged the brand new linoleum flooring at the bottom of the stairs. I think one guy was newer and had to be told to stop rushing. What a company. will not take any responsibility or cover any of the expense even after giving me terriable workers. Gave them over $3000 for this move and It was honestly a clown show. Couldnt follow very simple instuctions, items in multiple places with no supervision and lost items including something very expensive. Worker was vaping, on his phone, just standing around and taking his time. Items weren't properly handled from everyone and dropped.
