Unfortunately, I’ve had to update my review based on the poor experience with my most recent move. My first move with this company was positive, which makes this drastic decline in service even more disappointing. I can no longer recommend them. Here were the major issues I encountered: I booked three movers, but was informed during the arrival window the morning of that only two would be coming. Experience has been TERRIBLE so far. Once they have your money, they are impossible to get a hold of. I need to make a simple time change to our reservation. After a half an hour of waiting, I finally got someone on the phone, only to be told they could not authorize the change and were transferring me. After another 30 minutes the message on the hold recording changed to that they were "closed". It was 11am... At this point I might eat the deposit and go with another company. Our experience was amazing start to finish. Professionalism, efficiency, affordability were on point. They were also so patient and flexible with our last minute changes. Will be using them again for sure!

Movers showed up over an hour late of the agreed arrival time. This was a big problem as I can only book the service elevator for 2 hours. I was very shocked by the unprofessionalism with this service
