I moved on July 1 when temperatures were 45+. The City experienced historic flooding. On top of the terrible weather, the service elevator was down at my new building leaving the building with one elevator shared with 20 other floors to move the stuff up. Even with all the obstacles of the day Surjit and Raj moved my 2 bedroom apartment efficiently, carefully and with smiling faces. I used them for my June 1st move they charged me $700 and it was only a 3 hour job . It's $179 a hour. So I got ripped off big time . Never use them people they gave me a time window as well of 4 pm - 5 pm they didn't show up till 8 pm they ended at 10 pm .
The reason this company has such high ratings is because Roger harasses anyone that gives them a low rating during what is already a stressful time in their lives (moving) to get them to take it down. I had left a poor review years ago due to the incompetence, lack of professionalism from the movers who seemed more interested in hanging out with each other than in doing their job, and being grossly over-charged for such subpar service. Wonderful, polite and considerate movers. Garry bhupinder and inderpal were fast, efficient and at the same time delicate with my things. On a stressful day they brought the calm and I was greatly appreciative of their kindness and professionalism.
