I found the initial conversation offered the best information. Very professional and courteous, friendly. When the movers arrived they were absolutely amazing. They worked tirelessly and in unison with each other. They took what should have taken 3 to 4 hours to load and did it in 2, that's team work. The truck was packed completely and not one piece was broken or damaged. I have done over 150 moves thanks to my wife's antique store and I was impressed and amazed by the job they did. Terrible experience. They called to rebook 3 times within 24 hours of our move, then didn't show up at all. Didn't call or email to tell us they didn't have the movers for us, and we had to chase them down over the next 2 hours to speak to someone live. They ended up offering a move 3 days later than our initial booking but we had already packed up the entire place. Unacceptable. Complete disregard for customer communication or value.

I moved on July 1 when temperatures were 45+. The City experienced historic flooding. On top of the terrible weather, the service elevator was down at my new building leaving the building with one elevator shared with 20 other floors to move the stuff up. Even with all the obstacles of the day Surjit and Raj moved my 2 bedroom apartment efficiently, carefully and with smiling faces. I used them for my June 1st move they charged me $700 and it was only a 3 hour job . It's $179 a hour. So I got ripped off big time . Never use them people they gave me a time window as well of 4 pm - 5 pm they didn't show up till 8 pm they ended at 10 pm .
