Do not book these movers, everything about the process was terrible and shady. The original quote they gave for a one bedroom apartment was reasonable but after terrible service the amount they charged at the end was double. I booked this service 2 months out, and everything leading up to the move felt fine. The service team took my concerns seriously and gave me multiple assurances against my reservations. The day before my scheduled move, I was called and told that the truck would not be available for my move, the next day (less than 24 hours). They said they could move me the following day instead. I found the initial conversation offered the best information. Very professional and courteous, friendly. When the movers arrived they were absolutely amazing. They worked tirelessly and in unison with each other. They took what should have taken 3 to 4 hours to load and did it in 2, that's team work. The truck was packed completely and not one piece was broken or damaged. I have done over 150 moves thanks to my wife's antique store and I was impressed and amazed by the job they did. Terrible experience. They called to rebook 3 times within 24 hours of our move, then didn't show up at all. Didn't call or email to tell us they didn't have the movers for us, and we had to chase them down over the next 2 hours to speak to someone live. They ended up offering a move 3 days later than our initial booking but we had already packed up the entire place. Unacceptable. Complete disregard for customer communication or value.
