Marie, we can't thank you enough for helping make our dream come true. Having you taking care of our (Pedro & Gabriela) elopement cerimony in Joshua Tree made us feel safe, confident and connected to each other, to the place and, of course, to you! All the steps of the process were taken care of in such an outstanding fashion, from the initial online meetings, to planning the cerimony and vows, working with the clerk and required documents, leading to the perfect elopement day. We appreciate you so very much for marrying us!
Marie is the sweetest, most professional, and most FUN wedding officiant I could have imagined! We had no idea what we were doing, but she walked us through it step by step. She was funny and weaved everything together beautifully, and we got a ton of compliments on the ceremony after it was over. Highly recommend Marie!!!!

Marie was the perfect officiant for us. The ceremony was everything we wanted, relaxed, personal, and completely us. I loved how thoughtful the process was, especially the questionnaire beforehand, which really made us think about what we wanted and helped make the ceremony feel so meaningful and personal. We’d definitely recommend Marie to anyone who’s looking to elope!
We had a very disappointing experience with Marie, who canceled on us just TWO WEEKS BEFORE our wedding. We paid for her most expensive package and she refused allow us to just READ the her script for OUR CEREMONY. (See attached emails) She talks about how much she cares about her couples and how she customizes each ceremony to reflect them, but unfortunately, she does not seem to follow her own ethics or values.
