Juan is really smart and has great ideas. He is detail-oriented and really thinks things through. He is prompt and does what he says he’s going to do. His prices are fair considering the professionalism of his work.
I was very happy with Juan's promptness and thorough work. I needed to have a broken porch railing repaired, and backyard gate re-aligned and another gate set up to have a lock installed. Juan was quick to diagnose the problems in each case and I was pleased that he thoughtfully considered whether it was necessary to replace a part or mend an existing part. He was also very conscientious about clean-up and the quality of materials he used.
