Elly, Tracy, and Cassie were so friendly, funny, and professional. I was getting waxed in multiple areas at the same time, and they made it way more bearable. They kept the vibe light, talked me through it, and were super kind the whole time. Elly was super patient with me and had what I called the "Tapping service" to keep me distracted. Elly is amazing! I was nervous about my waxing appointment (especially in such a sensitive area and since I hadn’t gotten one in ages), but she made me feel relaxed and she was very professional and I really left feeling good about the whole experience. Highly recommended!!!
I’d give it zero if I could. I have been receiving emails, including receipts and personal information for a client of this business. I have emailed and been ignored. I have called and was rudely hung up on. They cited HIPA violations as the reason they can’t remove my email. It seems like sending personal information to the wrong person might be a bigger HIPA violation. Delete my email and ask the client for a new email next time. The emails clearly aren’t going to the right place anyway.
I had work done on my face for the first time today and was extremely nervous. Those nerves were put at ease the moment I stepped into the door. These ladies sure did know how to make an introvert feel right at home! Outstanding quality of work and customer service! I will definitely be back!
