I had the worst experience here today. I’ve been getting Brazilians for years and have literally never felt so much pain during a service. Not only from the wax, but the esthetician was pushing the stick into my skin so hard I have a couple of small cuts in my skin. On top of this, I left the salon with so much residual wax left on my body. There was sooo much mess left behind when she was done. I have never left a place feeling so much pain and discomfort from this service. Would never go back
10/10 experience! Tracey was absolutely incredible! Answered all my questions, very patient and great to talk with! I will definitely be going back again and will be recommending them to everyone I know!
I love this place! The girls are wonderful and Elly does a great job!!! The new location is so relaxing, very spa-like vibe! I get Brazilians here but going to start laser hair therapy!!
This place is exceptional! The atmosphere was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Tracey was THE BEST aesthetician I have ever got the pleasure of meeting! She made my wax appointment very relaxing and kept the atmosphere spunky as she talked me through every step! She also gave me pointers for my skin care and I was only there for a Brazilian! If you decide to get a wax PLEASE book it with them, and I highly recommend Tracey to anyone! I will be spreading the word to my friends!
My first visit here was phenomenal. The girls at the front were kind and welcoming and Tracey was so sweet and made me feel comfortable immediately. She talked me through my brazilian wax with such professionalism and made it easy for me to get through. Definitely going to be booking with her again and also look into booking a facial with her. 10/10 would recommend!!
