I joined Let’s Do it Fitness over 2 months ago and I haven’t regretted my choice. I recently was a member at another gym and didn’t feel motivated to go! I love the motivating and encouraging energy the classes bring to each session. I have been training with Brenda since she first opened her PT business many years ago. She has not only has built my strength and stamina physically over the years, but has become a friend as well. The LDIF community is supportive, inclusive and friendly, a big plus for me. No gym bros here!! Best decision I made, all those years ago, to join the LDIF community.
