I wanted to order 7-8 balloons for my friends balloon release I was told my order was too small, then she was willing to compromise then started asking me personal information about the whereabouts of the event. I asked her can I come in and get the balloons I was told no she will have to drop them off at the location she needed the address and time of the event totally invasion of privacy I did not get the customer service and was ultimately denied it.
