I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the men who came to fix my heat. I overheard one man whispering (loudly) things including “I don’t care if she has heat.” My dog was barking because someone was here and he made comments about that to his partner as well. It was extremely uncomfortable, as well as unprofessional. I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone.
