If I could give 0 stars for this builder, I would. We recently bought a Letourneau Home built in 2020. The second or third rough storm, we noticed some seepage through the seams in the basement. It’s about 6 feet below grade. The problem has gradually become worse & now all of the windows are leaking. This home is less than 3 years old. I called Letourneau and they do not warranty their work past two years.
