Called this morning with a leak near meter, they sent a friendly, knowledgable crew out who had it dug up, fixed, and filled back in in just over an hour. Was very pleased with their work and will recommend them to others.
Horrible service! I was told someone would call me before they came out to an appointment that I made because we had a plumbing emergency I never got a call. Luckily Coggins plumbing came to the rescue!
Called twice for an emergy call at a residential property, the second time after an hour waiting for them to call me back (they said someone will call within the next 20mins), lady said will send it out again.... left me waiting all night. If you can't have someone out, just tell people you can't.
