Well after 20 years our 50 gal Bradford White water heater finally cracked and was leaking, was very surprised I still had Rick’s # from Leto plumbing, he did a job for me 25 years ago and if I kept him in my contacts it’s because he would be the guy I would call if any future service was needed. This company is heaven sent. My technician was a no show no call and I called this company LETO, Well not only did they show up on time but Chris was polite and knowledgeable about our dishwasher install. ALSO HE CLEANED UP EVERTHING AFTERWARDS. Chris thank you for servicing our home and we will stay a true customer..
Chris arrived at the agreed upon time and did a great job. He quickly flushed our tankless water heater and left the area dry and clean. We will have him back for future plumbing needs for sure.
This really is an exceptional company. We met Rick Leto when he was part of a team doing our kitchen remodel. During pre-construction he suggested small changes to the plan that saved us significantly. Next we hired him for a small repair, but he gave all the same attention to that little job as to the big one - he came fast, worked efficiently, and once again made improvements I didn’t think to ask for.
