There was a failure to communicate.
We live 30 miles, they told my wife that they couldn’t do her surgery because she took Humira on Thanksgiving, a week before that they told her it was ok to take it as long as it is six days before surgery. My wife and I did not misunderstand! Now they think we should keep an appointment for 8:15, too early! We are both disabled and this December! Also my wife needs the Humira! This place owes us an apology and some money for time and gas!
Rude and condescending. Very patronizing when answering questions and not at all empathetic to any sort of anxiety associated with the procedure. However, his assistants were very kind.
You may want to read some of his reviews on some of the other medical sites. They are spot on. Seek another oral surgeon.
Condescending - uncaring - uninterested in any of questions or input. Treated his nurse rudely also.
Very calming and made very comfortable.
