My annual wellness exam with Dr. Leticia Cardoso was exceptional! She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. She communicated clearly with terminology I understood with genuineness and compassion. The office staff was also wonderful. I was greeted with a smile and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Cardoso and this BayCare office.
I am so happy to have found Dr. Cardoso. She listened -- really listened -- and asked follow-up questions, took notes, put in motion numerous referrals, and posted her office visit notes within hours. I'm 70, and I've only had one other primary care physician this empathetic and comprehensive in her assessments and recommendations. I'd still be with her, if we hadn't moved from SD to Florida fulltime. I feel incredibly blessed.
