Leticia is the real deal, I am picky, hands on and had a terrible experience with two other agents. What stood out from day one is that she listened. She never pushed me toward a number or a decision, and she never tried to color how I saw a property. She gave me the information straight and let me make my own call, which is rarer than it should be. She was available whenever I needed her, and she is one of the kindest people I have worked with. Buying my first home was a little scary at times, but working with Leticia made the entire process feel safe and manageable. She was thorough about inspections and repairs , making sure everything was addressed before we signed, all while helping me secure a great deal. I couldn't ask for a better guide through my first home purchase. Highly recommend Leticia to anyone looking for an ... read more

We contacted Leticia just as we were beginning to envision a somewhat unexpected move across the country. This was the very best decision in our relocation. Although our move was still six months away, she promptly suggested a meeting to get to know us and learn about our priorities as a family. We have worked with agents in the past who nee... read more

Over the years I have bought and sold multiple homes and worked with many excellent real estate agents, yet in my experience no one compares to Leticia. She has helped me and my family buy and sell several homes in the LA area. This spanned favorable and challenging market conditions. In each and every transaction I have come to appreciate Leticia's many qualities. What sets Leticia apart is her deep knowledge of the market, her valuable connections, and her unwavering commitment to her clients. She is extremely patient, tir... read more
