My mom has been at this practice for 15 years. They were bought out earlier this year and she was told they would no longer accept her Medicare advantage plan, but open enrollment to switch plans isn't until this fall. They refused to fill out paperwork for her to get admitted to assisted living and wouldn't provide copies of her medical records so another doctor could sign off. This office refuses to take a private cash payment as well to complete the services. They have no regard for patient care.
Good listener, very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Been here patient for over ten years.

Dr.Poret & Hera the nurse practitioner are rude mean woman.
Dr. Poret should NOT be allowed to practice medicine. My Grandmother is in fighting for her life in the ICU, because for months Dr. Poret & her staff brushed off my grandmother's complaints with zero investigations into her symptoms. Even when my grandmother said she was feeling dizzy Dr. Poret said it was because she was wearing a mask and was breathing her on CO2. She also told my grandmother to just eat more liver to increase the amount of iron in her system.... This level/quality of care is criminal, and it is outrageous... read more
