While traveling along industrial parkway around 9:00 am, had a white Jeep driving just off my bumper and could see a gentleman screaming and yelling waving his hands as if he's about to have an aneurysm. All because I was driving 25 mph in a 25 mph zone. He eventually passed me crossing a double yellow, driving the wrong direction in the wrong lane and proceeded to drive down and park at Letherer Truss, in the employee area.
