Receptionist was unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Asked a question about getting an itemized receipt and was met with hostility.

From the moment they arrived at my home, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did Kierra address my plumbing issues efficiently, but they also took the time to educate me about my plumbing system and the best practices for maintenance. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you again!
Great service today! Called this morning and was able to have someone at the house by the afternoon. She was friendly, helpful, and explained everything to us in detail!

Highly recommend Letcheorth & Sons and Plumbing. Kierra and William were very professional and kept me updated on ETA. Kierra unclogged my garbage disposal and upon completion of job let me know their was no charge! The job took about 5 minutes and they could have charged me and did the service for no charge!!!! I am humbled by the experience!!! Thank you Kierra and William!!!
