We contacted Letang and spoke to Daniel, who from the outset was clear with our particular needs, which was to have a tow bar, a Memo Pivot Swing-out tow bar and a Thule 2 bike carrier fitted to our precious motorhome (panel van). Spoke to Dan direct while on their website about an awning I am looking at getting for my van - they came back to me later that evening direct to my mobile and explained my options. It was so good to get a direct call out if hours advising me that the quote was on it way via email and that Dan even explained that a new version model might suit me more which it would, having been in my own business for over 30 years it was refreshing to see people go the extra mile to make a sale possible work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Rude rude rude staff (Daniel and Sharon) and missing parts, Mishap with delivery, (no one’s fault possibly the delivery service) I wanted to refund the item, get my money back for something where parts were missing but they kept telling me it wasn’t in the returns period, I was politely trying to tell them that because i received the item late that actually I was still within the period. AVOID AND DONT BUY -rubbish camera quality and customer services not helpful at all, purchased dr900x-2ch in April 2023 at a premium price the car it is was to be installed for does not get used when we did use the dash cam still gave a bad poor quality does not capture any info of vehicles or give a clear pic has a great amount of glare and this company only asked to send back for test back after back and forth of emails they still returned it and also lied about the sd. card not there what am I going to do with it .
