Very disappointed. I would strongly recommend using a different answering service. This company refuses to directly relay my patients' needs to the on-call physician covering for me. Instead, they are only willing to give the office telephone number of the physician on call.
Keep up the good work!!! The world today lacks patience, Professionalism, respect, manners etc. I pray things get better, my kids are having to deal with this “generation”. I try to teach them better. At Let Us Answer they strive to do their best and be the best. I know from experience and it was a memorable one.
